Andy Geist is a Business Aviation Executive with more than 38 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive. He spent nearly three decades at Gogo Business Aviation, where he joined during the company's founding years and rose to Senior Vice President of Business Aviation Development. During his tenure, he was a central figure in building Gogo from a startup into an industry leader with global brand recognition, leading teams across sales and marketing, customer service, technical support, product management, sales engineering, and business development.

 

Prior to Gogo, Andy co-founded and led multiple ventures in the private aerospace sector. Earlier in his career he worked in business development and strategy at U.S. Aviation Underwriters and in business development and flight operations at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company.

 

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Science and a degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He is an FAA-licensed Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor in both single and multiengine aircraft, with several thousand flight hours logged. His decades of executive leadership, entrepreneurial success, and deep industry networks make him a valuable contributor to the Fund.
