Shad Carnes is a seasoned business operator and entrepreneur based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, one of the nation's leading graduate business programs, and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Ambassador University.

He currently serves as Business Manager at Spiff Services, Inc. a professional services company specializing in product presentation and logistics for the motor carrier industry, and as Project Manager at Spiff Contracting, LLC, a nationally operating painting and commercial contracting company delivering services throughout 48 states. His experience spanning operations, team leadership, and business development brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to the Covenant Income Fund.
